Green Is Better Than Gray
Ecology is one of the most important problems in our country. That’s why the pedagogical stuff of the technical school (PU-128) set up the conference devoted to ecological problems. The pupils learned a lot about the problems of ecology and about the history of Southern Ural.
Not occasionally this problem was touched upon by technical schools of Varna, Bredy and Kartaly.
It would have been wonderful to set up the conference in the forest, but unfortunately it was impossible because of the weather. As a result the participants of the conference decided to wander about the imaginary forest. During this “walk” the children were taught how to protect the world they live in and then they discussed the important issues of the conference.
The representatives of the American company KBR were the honorary guests and also took part in the conference. Boys and girls asked them questions concerning disarmament and its influence on the environment. They also wanted to know how the problems of environmental protection were solved in the USA. After that the pupils and their teachers made reports on ecology.
The conference was very important and informative. But it is time to put theory into practice, as we know “Actions speak louder than words”. This motto is not only for those who took part in the conference but also for everybody who wants to live on a clean planet. So let’s protect our nature and keep our planet clean and green suitable for the future generation.
